We welcome you to our restaurant where you will be able to experience unique combinations of local flavors and new tasting experiences which our head chef designs every day for our guests.

Our culinary offer is based on a choice of daily sourced, local products such as buffalo mozzarella, Parma ham, carpaccio, fresh vegetables and locally sourced meat and fish. Everything is enriched by our locally produced extra virgin olive oil and a great variety of local wines, famous across all Italy to be of high standards and refined bouquets.

Our chef every day creates something new and original, experimenting new combinations of ingredients whilst managing to keeping the old Italian culinary tradition alive. You will be delighted to try our restaurant daily baked bread in all its different flavors as well as our patisserie.

The ‘Locanda del Borgo’ scenographic candle lit dining room is able to accommodate up to 120 guests and it is decorated with elegant and comfortable furniture. Here our personnel will take care of any of your culinary wishes helping you to have a taste of our dishes in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere.
