 Tuesday, February 17th, at La Locanda del Borgo, the Carnival is celebrated with a delicious dinner.

Luciano Villani, executive chef, has created a menu theme of tradition and creativity.

Kitchen Sunni, meats, cheeses and vegetables in season. But not only Even lasagne, coriander seeds and a delicious version of Migliaccio sweet, made from refined a note of high-quality Bourbon vanilla.

  • La Locanda del Borgo Aperitif
  • Marchigiana Sannita mince, artichokes salad and and vinegar sause and parmigiano buffallo mozzarella
  • Lasagnetta with Pelatello ragù and pecorino fonduta Laticauda
  • Coriander rabbit, filled of sausage, friarielli and sause
  • Migliaccio, chocolat and ice cream – Bourbon Vanilla
